Chow Mein Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked hamburger
- 1 cup rice cooked
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can drained bean sprouts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 can water
- chow mein noodles
Instructions
- Fry celery and rice together in margarine and a little salt.
- Put all in casserole dish and add drained bean sprouts, cream of chicken soup, water.
- Mix, then pour the 1/2 can of evaporated milk around sides.
- Top with chow mein noodles and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
