Colleen’s Casserole
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 lb bulk sausage
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can milk
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1 cup raw rice
- 1/2 cup chopped blanched almonds
Instructions
- Fry sausage and drain.
- Cook onions until soft.
- Drain and mix other ingredients together.
- Pour into casserole dish and bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hours, stirring occasionally.
