Grandma made these for our wedding reception.
Grandma Carey's Cream Cheese Mints
Servings 90 mints
Equipment
- candy mold
Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 4 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 3 drops peppermint oil
- food coloring
- granulated sugar
Instructions
- Have cheese at room temperature. Add rest of ingredients.
- Form into balls that fit the mold. Roll in granulated sugar and press into mold.
- Unmold onto cookie sheet.
