Old Fashioned Honey Candy
Ingredients
- 2 cups honey
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup cream
Instructions
- Combine ingredients and cook slowly, stirring to boiling point or until sugar is well dissolved.
- Cook to hard ball stage (260 degrees).
- Pour onto buttered platter and when cool enough to handle, grease or butter hands and stretch until golden in color.
- Cut into pieces.
