Picnic Potato Salad
Servings 8 servings
Ingredients
- 2 T vinegar
- 5 1/2 cups cooked potatoes sliced
- 1 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup bacon bits
- 1 cup salad dressing
- 3/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 3 T minced onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 T mustard
- 2 T onion salt
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 3 T pickle juice
Instructions
- Pour vinegar over potatoes while still hot.
- Cool.
- Combine rest of ingredients.
- Chill for at least 1 hour.
- Makes 8-10 servings.
