Pozole

Ingredients

  • 2 large packs chicken legs/thighs
  • 1 bag California chiles
  • 2 cans hominy
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 onion
  • chicken broth to flavor
  • lemon
  • lime
  • onion
  • tostadas
  • radish
  • cabbage

Instructions

  • Fill a big pan with chicken and 3/4 with water and chicken broth to taste.
  • Let boil until chicken cooks, then remove chicken.
  • Let chile soak while chicken is cooking.
  • Blend chile together.
