Pozole

Ingredients
2
large packs
chicken legs/thighs
1
bag
California chiles
2
cans
hominy
2
cloves
garlic
1/2
onion
chicken broth to flavor
lemon
lime
onion
tostadas
radish
cabbage
Instructions
Fill a big pan with chicken and 3/4 with water and chicken broth to taste.
Let boil until chicken cooks, then remove chicken.
Let chile soak while chicken is cooking.
Blend chile together.
