Vermont Maple Blueberry Salad
Ingredients

Romaine Lettuce
cleaned and choppped
Fresh Blueberries

Granny Smith Apples
Crumbled Bleu Cheese
Cinnamon Sugared Almonds

Maple Vinaigrette
(see below)
Maple Vinaigrette

white wine vinegar

c
sugar
dissolved in the vinegar

c
vegetable oil
1/4
c
maple syrup
1/2
tsp
dry mustard
dash
onion powder
Cinnamon Sugared Almonds

raw almonds
chopped to smaller size
1/2

sugar
1/2
tsp
cinnamon
1/8

water
Instructions
Salad
Toss together and enjoy!
Maple Vinaigrette
Mix together.
Cinnamon Sugared Almonds
Combine sugar with cinnamon then add water. Boil in a saucepan and add almonds, stirring often if not constantly. Cook until moisture has evaporated. Spread on cookie sheet to cool
