Chow Mein Casserole
Ingredients

pound
cooked hamburger
1
cup
rice
cooked
1
cup
diced celery
1
medium onion
1
can
drained bean sprouts
1
can
cream of chicken soup
1/2
can
water
chow mein noodles
Instructions
Fry celery and rice together in margarine and a little salt.
Put all in casserole dish and add drained bean sprouts, cream of chicken soup, water.
Mix, then pour the 1/2 can of evaporated milk around sides.
Top with chow mein noodles and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
