Chow Mein Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked hamburger
  • 1 cup rice cooked
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 can drained bean sprouts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 can water
  • chow mein noodles

Instructions

  • Fry celery and rice together in margarine and a little salt.
  • Put all in casserole dish and add drained bean sprouts, cream of chicken soup, water.
  • Mix, then pour the 1/2 can of evaporated milk around sides.
  • Top with chow mein noodles and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
