Sopaipillas
Ingredients

flour

tsp
shortening
1
tsp
baking powder
1
T
vinegar
1/2
tsp
salt
1/4
cup
buttermilk
1/4
cup
water
1
cup
milk
Instructions
Mix like biscuit dough and roll out about 1/8″ thick.
Cut in 3″ triangles or squares, drop in deep fat.
Turn with spatula until brown.
