Sift together soda, salt, and flour.
Combine margarine, sugars, vanilla, and water.
Beat until CREAMY, then beat in 2 eggs.
Add flour mixture and mix well.
Stir in 6 oz. chocolate chips.
Drop by well-rounded 1/2 teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 mins.
