Tex-Mex Casserole
Ingredients

ground beef
3/4
cup
chopped onion
1/2
cup
chopped celery
1
tsp.
seasoned salt
1/2
tsp.
pepper
1-1/2
tsp.
chili powder

oz
can whole kernel corn
drained
15
oz
can red kidney beans
drained
1/2
cup
sliced olives
2-8
oz
cans tomato sauce
1/2
cup
shredded cheddar cheese
1/2
cup
coarsely crushed corn chips
sour cream
Instructions
Brown ground beef, then add onion and celery.
Cook until meat is done, then drain.
Stir in next 7 ingredients. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
Pour into a 2-1/2 quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle with cheese, then corn chips.
Heat at 350 degrees until cheese melts.
Top with sour cream.
