Colleen's Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 lb bulk sausage
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 cup raw rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped blanched almonds

Instructions

  • Fry sausage and drain.
  • Cook onions until soft.
  • Drain and mix other ingredients together.
  • Pour into casserole dish and bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hours, stirring occasionally.
