Welsh Rarebit
Ingredients

Worcestershire sauce

butter

flour
1/2
tsp
paprika
1
tsp
dry mustard
1/4
tsp
salt
dash of cayenne

can
evaporated milk
grated Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
Mix Worcestershire sauce, butter, flour, paprika, dry mustard, salt, cayenne pepper.
Cook over high heat.
Turn down to medium heat and add 1 can evaporated milk slowly.
Stir constantly.
Add grated Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar cheese slowly to melt and blend.
Serve over toasted English muffins.
Serves 4.
