Picnic Potato Salad

Servings 8 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 T vinegar
  • 5 1/2 cups cooked potatoes sliced
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup bacon bits
  • 1 cup salad dressing
  • 3/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 3 T minced onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 T mustard
  • 2 T onion salt
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 3 T pickle juice

Instructions

  • Pour vinegar over potatoes while still hot.
  • Cool.
  • Combine rest of ingredients.
  • Chill for at least 1 hour.
  • Makes 8-10 servings.
