Old Fashioned Honey Candy

Ingredients

  • 2 cups honey
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup cream

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients and cook slowly, stirring to boiling point or until sugar is well dissolved.
  • Cook to hard ball stage (260 degrees).
  • Pour onto buttered platter and when cool enough to handle, grease or butter hands and stretch until golden in color.
  • Cut into pieces.
