Old Fashioned Honey Candy
Ingredients
2
cups
honey
1
cup
sugar
1
cup
cream
Instructions
Combine ingredients and cook slowly, stirring to boiling point or until sugar is well dissolved.
Cook to hard ball stage (260 degrees).
Pour onto buttered platter and when cool enough to handle, grease or butter hands and stretch until golden in color.
Cut into pieces.
