If you have a bread machine, we find that it works great for making dough for rolls. It mixes it just right–all you have to do is roll out, let rise, and bake!
Bread Machine Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water 80 degrees
- 3 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 3 cups bread flour
- 3 1/2 Tbsp sugar
- 3 Tbsp dry milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp bread machine/fast rise yeast or 2 tsp if active dry yeast
Instructions
- Add the ingredients to your bread machine and put on the dough setting.
- When done, take out, put on floured surface, and let rest for 15 minutes.
- Then roll out and cut out rolls, or roll in a circle and cut into wedge shapes and roll up.
- Put on greased sheet and let rise until double in size.
- Cook at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
