Bread Machine Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water 80 degrees
  • 3 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp sugar
  • 3 Tbsp dry milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp bread machine/fast rise yeast or 2 tsp if active dry yeast

Instructions

  • Add the ingredients to your bread machine and put on the dough setting.
  • When done, take out, put on floured surface, and let rest for 15 minutes.
  • Then roll out and cut out rolls, or roll in a circle and cut into wedge shapes and roll up.
  • Put on greased sheet and let rise until double in size.
  • Cook at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
